12-Month Limited Warranty

What is Covered:

This product is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any part that proves to be defective under normal use.

What is Not Covered:

This warranty is limited to defects arising from the manufacturing process and does not cover:

• Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper installation, negligence, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.

• Accidental Damage: Drops, spills, or external impact.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation of materials that occurs naturally over time.

• Unauthorized Alterations: Any repairs or modifications performed by a third party.

How to Make a Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your original proof of purchase, a description and pictures of the defect.

Standard Return & Refund Policy

Return Window:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Condition Requirements:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. This includes:

• The product itself (undamaged and in working order).

• All originally packaged items (accessories, balls, bags, markers, and manuals).

• Original packaging (boxes, tags, and protective inserts).

Refund Determination:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. The final refund amount will be determined by the condition of the returned product.

• Full Refund: Granted for items returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

• Partial Refund: If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or if it is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

Shipping Costs:

• Buyer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the costs of return shipping for the return. These costs are non-refundable.

• Exceptions: We will cover return shipping costs only if the item is confirmed to have been damaged when you received it, faulty, or does not match the original listing description.
